Project Description

Reese Contracting was approached regarding a new home which was less than 2 years old. However, due to poor initial construction from the original builder, many elements of the home were beginning to fail and everything in the home was out of level. The homeowners moved out, and Reese Contracting moved in to help fix this failing home.

The Reese Contracting team tore out the flooring, jacked up the house; secured everything, re-leveled everything, and installed all new flooring and drywall, then repainted, and completed trim work. We also added new steps and railings, as well as new porch decking. Returning the home to the homeowners in beautiful, and a much more stable, condition!

Along the way, our team of experts advised and helped to comfort the homeowners with each phase of the project, walking them through the home to keep them informed of all the issues discovered from the previous build and providing recommendations to correct those problems to make the experience as easy as possible for this remodel project.
